About

The author of this blog is Andy W. Harris of Kansas City, Kansas. Father, husband, son, brother, in-law, employee, designer, artist, and nerd are a few of my labels. There are at least 6 billion people alive at this moment with millions who have come before us. I eat, sleep, and poop like everyone else.  However, I like to think that I have some distinctive qualities not everyone shares. I am a designer by profession with a keen sense of curiosity about everything. Design allows me to ask questions and dive into things that have nothing to do with art or design. That’s what makes my chosen profession satisfying. Design is the vehicle for my curiosity.  At this chapter in my life, my curiosity seems to revolve around how human beings persuade each other, how we communicate, how we learn, and how we overcome obstacles. My perspective on these things is the basis of my blog.
